Free Consultations

No matter the issue, start off by calling or emailing us to schedule a free no obligation consultation. During our in-person consultation (feel free to request a phone consultation if needed), we’ll discuss any questions or concerns, review any documentation, and figure out the best way to proceed.

Hourly v. Flat Fee

Sometimes we charge one fixed amount to do all the work involved in a case. This means that no matter how much time we end up spending on a case, the price remains unchanged. We usually do a flat fee for bankruptcy, debt settlement, and estate planning.

Other times, we charge an hourly rate for our work. That means you’ll pay an initial amount up front (retainer), and we bill against that amount. Sometimes, it’s necessary for you to replenish that retainer in order for us to continue working on the case. Other times, it means there might be money leftover that will be refunded to you. Probate, real estate, and landlord tenant issues are often performed at an hourly rate.
